Technical Basis
A review of available sources identified no acute toxicity data or exposure limits for this chemical. Reported GHS health hazard ratings (H302 and H312, Category 4) indicate a mid- to low level health hazard, approximately equivalent to a range between HHR=2 and HHR=1 (Section 3.4.5, TEEL-3=790 mg/m3 and TEEL-3=7900 mg/m3, respectively). The PNOS TLV-TWA was selected as the TEEL-1 basis (PNOS, Section 3.5.2). TEEL-3 and TEEL-2 values were derived according to Table 3.5. The TEEL-3 is within the range indicated by GHS health hazard ratings.
• PAC-1 = TEEL-1 = TLV-TWA (PNOS, 10mg/m3) x 3
• PAC-2 = TEEL-2 = TEEL-1 x 11
• PAC-3 = TEEL-3 = TEEL-2 x 6
This review generated PAC values consistent with Rev. 29A*.
