Technical Basis
A review of available sources found toxicity data for this chemical. The LD50 mouse oral toxicity data was selected as the TEEL-3 basis. TEEL-2 and TEEL-1 values were calculated in accordance with guidelines in the handbook (Table 3.5.)

TEEL-1 = TEEL-2/11
TEEL-2 = TEEL-3/6
TEEL-3 = Mouse oral LD50 (700 mg/kg)

This review resulted in more conservative values than those reported in Rev. 29A. The TEEL-3 basis reported in Rev. 29A (rat oral LD50) was not found during research, therefore the current recommendation is for the most preferred toxicity data currently identified, a mouse oral LD50.
