Technical Basis
The CASRN listed does not correspond to a compound in the CAS database. As such, analysts used the available chemical formula and molecular weight from the PAC-TEEL database. A review of available sources did not identify exposure limits or acute toxicity data for potassium cadminate. Instead, AEGLs for cadmium (CASRN: 7440-43-9) were evaluated for TEEL development. The AEGLs were selected as the TEELs due to their priority among the emergency exposure limits (Section 1).
