Paul has thirty-six years of experience in training management, media development, and instructional design applied to building successful government training organizations. He is a recognized national expert in the synthesis of computer and training technology. Paul has deep experience in the design and development of learning interactions using interactive multimedia, simulation, electronic performance support tools and scenario-based exercises. Currently, he is SMS’s team lead at the NNSA Office of Emergency Management (NA-40) developing online courseware and custom SharePoint applications.
