Kenneth Thomas is a Team Leader and Advisor. Kenneth specializes in emergency management, nuclear energy policy, and risk-informed decision-making. He leads initiatives that apply regulatory analysis to complex national security and nuclear energy challenges. Kenneth's work has set benchmarks in emergency preparedness for Small Modular Reactors and advanced nuclear reactors and has been instrumental in shaping methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for emergency management. Recently, he has been focusing on collaborative solutions to complex challenges facing national security, decarboning industries, risk management, and nuclear energy policy.
