Jillian Konst is currently the Senior Manager for Emergency Management at Sandia National Laboratories, where she has worked for the past four years. She is a member of the EMI SIG Steering Committee and is the advisor for SEMPER. In the past she has served as the Chair of SEMPER, the Chair of ERASC, and the Vice-Chair of TDSC. Prior to Sandia, Jillian has worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant, and the Nevada National Security Site, with her DOE/NNSA contractor career going back almost 15 years, all in Emergency Management.
