Courtney Haggard has over 20 years of experience in the emergency management field including technical planning basis, consequence assessment, drills and exercises, training, and programmatic support for multiple DOE sites, spanning Science, Environmental Management, and NNSA scope. With 9 years of experience focused on continuity, Mrs. Haggard has been instrumental in the development of robust COOP Programs at two contractor sites. Mrs. Haggard previously served as co-Chair of the COOP Subcommittee and now serves as Task Group Lead for the Continuity Programs Subcommittee's COOP CRAD Task Group.
