My role at the DOE Paducah Site as Plant Shift Superintendent affords me multiple opportunities to engage with EM. I fulfill the role of Incident Commander during declared emergencies at the Site, as well as providing input with regard to training and drill scenarios. I have been at the Paducah Site for approximately 20 years, currently serving my seventh year as Plant Shift Superintendent.
