Professional Bio
Neykia Declouet is a well-versed Emergency Manager with over twenty years of technical experience, program management, and leadership in Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) response, Mass Fatality Management planning, and Interagency Coordination. She began her career in the United States Air Force and eventually transitioned to federal civilian service.
Neykia currently resides in the DC metro area where she works as an Emergency Management Specialist for the DOE/NNSA Office of Continuity Programs and Mission Resilience, NA-43. As one of the leading team members in the Planning and Preparedness Division, she manages several large projects in an expanding portfolio. A few current focus areas include the Continuity Readiness Assurance Report (CRAR), providing support to continuity partner programs through COOP Plan Reviews, Business Process Analysis / Business Impact Analysis (BPA/BIA), and managing the Enterprise Data Management System (EDMS) for Continuity Resources.
Neykia is a doting pet mom to two overly spoiled felines, Eleven and Nouri. She loves to travel, read, lift weights, and study all things metaphysical.
