Holly serves as a Crisis/Strategic Communications Subject Matter Expert and leads the development and implementation of policies that enhance emergency preparedness and response to radiological and nuclear incidents, accidents, and terror threats. Her role is deeply rooted in strategic communications, where she crafts and delivers comprehensive training on radiation fundamentals, protective measures, and crisis communications. This includes leading virtual training initiatives for federal, state, local, and international entities involved in radiological emergency response and communications.

Beyond her technical expertise, she is dedicated to fostering strong, collaborative partnerships and building high-performing teams. She works closely with diverse stakeholders to create synergies that enhance our collective ability to respond to crises. Her leadership in international workshops and training programs is aimed at strengthening the emergency preparedness of domestic and foreign partners, ensuring we are all better equipped to face the challenges posed by radiological and nuclear threats.
