Professional Bio
Daniel Gleaves is a long-time member of EMISIG and has over 20 years of experience in NNSA as an emergency responder and an emergency management/services professional. Daniel served as both the EMSIG Steering Committee Chair and Vice-Chair and has been an active member of multiple subcommittees. Daniel is currently the Emergency Services Director for the Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility project and has previously held several positions at the Pantex Plant including Emergency Services Director, Radiological Control Manager, and Emergency Management Section Manager. Daniel has served in multiple emergency response positions during his career. These positions include RAP Region 4 Team member, RadCon Technician, and Emergency Operations Center Manager. Daniel earned a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science from Wayland Baptist University.
