Jonathan Barr is a Senior Research Engineer with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory’s Emerging Threats and Technology Division. Mr. Barr is a certified systems engineering professional who has worked extensively with the stakeholders across the national security community. Much of Mr. Barr’s current focus is on engaging communities (for example, first responder, NNSA) to better understand both current and near future needs in order to drive and develop the next generation technologies to support them.
