Christine Van Horn is a Health Physicist with the NA-81 Office of Nuclear Incident Policy and Cooperation. She has been a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) for over 30 years. She has worked within the NA-80 Office of Counterterrorism and Counterproliferation (CTCP) for many years. She is the former National Federal HQ Program Manager for the Radiological Assistance Program (RAP) and was the Regional RAP 5 Program Manager for over 20 years. Prior to that she was the Federal Emergency Management Program Manager for the DOE-Chicago Office.
