Lars Juveland is the Team Leader of the Emergency Operations Support Center (EOSC) at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), with over 14 years of experience in emergency communications. Starting as a 911 dispatcher, Lars spent 12 years as an EOSC Operator before stepping into leadership. He co-chaired the implementation of Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) technology, improving coordination and response efficiency across the center. Known for his calm leadership and collaborative style, Lars is dedicated to advancing public safety through innovation and teamwork.
